Owen schedules every build across the three sites, runs stores and maintenance and has been with Nexus for eight years.

Jai leads the trailer frame welding bay, mentors apprentices and has been a welder at Nexus for nine years.

Bec receives, issues and counts materials and components at Wacol and has kept the stores accurate for four years.
