Paint and Finishing
Prepares, primes, paints and finishes chassis, bodies and panels in two spray booths, reworks paint faults and applies decals and signwriting. The team manages isocyanate two pack coatings, respiratory protection, booth airflow and waste under the environmental licence conditions.
What the team is accountable for
- Prepare surfaces, mask and prime to the paint specification
- Apply top coats in the booth to the customer colour
- Identify and rework paint faults
- Maintain booth filters, airflow and extraction
- Handle, store and dispose of paint and solvent waste correctly

Plant Maintenance and Calibration Requests
Logs breakdown, preventive service, calibration and inspection requests for cranes, machines, welding equipment, booths and measuring equipment.
