Responsibilities

What the team is accountable for

  • Cut and prepare materials to the cut list and drawing
  • Set up and use jigs and fixtures for repeat assemblies
  • Weld to the qualified procedure and the drawing symbols
  • Inspect welds visually and present them for quality inspection
  • Control hot work, fume extraction and gas cylinder safety
